radar detectors and laser jammers?
Are there any radar detectors that also include a laser jammer? I know most cops are starting to use laser instead of radar. It would be pointless for me to get a radar detector if I don’t get a laser jammer as well. But how does it work?…..Do you need to get both installed? And does anyone have any experience with theses? Thanks for the help.

What about the Passport ZR3 Laser Shifter?
I have the escort passport 8500 radar detector and it works great, only problem is, with any radar detector is that you don’t get enough warning if you get hit with a laser. Anyone used the passport zr3 laser shifter? How well does it work?
And don’t tell me it is illegal, because it isn’t, its a laser jammer (which is legal) not a radar jammer (which is illegal).

How do Radar Guns work that they alert the Radar Detector ahead of time giving you a chance to slow down?
Is there any way you can get away with having a laser jammer in your car in a state it’s illegal in or will the police officer immediately know what’s going on the second his laser gives him Null results?
