remote entry quit working temporarily?
i was at a gas station the other day and my remote entry quit working all together. it worked before i left, then started to work fine again once i got home. could this be due to some sort of radio interference? or maybe a radar jammer?
i just bought the car less than a month ago, and ever since that incedent the keyless entry has been working the same as it ever has… perfect!
Is this the best cop-proof car possible?
I have a laser radar jammer that scrambles all radar within 200ft and an overlay on my license plate that has about 50 extremely bright infrared bulbs on it (to the eye it’s just a license plate but to a camera it’s just a blinding flash of light; completely unrecognizable).
Is there anything else I can do to make my car impervious to traffic stops?
I know this stuff is illegal. I’m willing to take that risk.
What about the Passport ZR3 Laser Shifter?
I have the escort passport 8500 radar detector and it works great, only problem is, with any radar detector is that you don’t get enough warning if you get hit with a laser. Anyone used the passport zr3 laser shifter? How well does it work?
And don’t tell me it is illegal, because it isn’t, its a laser jammer (which is legal) not a radar jammer (which is illegal).
Can anyone help me figure out what plane this is?
It looks like the ordinary cargo plane, except for the fact that it had a massive black disc wider than the plane mounted like 15-40 yards above it by one strong column/post. I cant remember too many details, i just remember seeing a video of it at an airport on youtube. It is killing me thinking about it and i will be very thankful to everyone who helps. Btw i remember hearing when talking about it that the disc is a radar jammer or something.
New radar defense plausible?
I was just surfing the web browsing laser jammers and fantasising about building a radar jammer, and a thought occurred…
Since there are only three ranges of frequencies assigned for using speed and range finding electronics, wouldnt it be safe to assume that the speed and range finding equipment often found in late model luxury cars, since it COULD operate coincidentally on the exact same frequency offer the POSSIBILITY of interfereing and ACCIDENTALLY jamming a police radar gun as he measures your speed. Obviously In all likelyhood this wouldnt happen, but in theory it sounds that it is not impossible.
How woudl this play out as a defense to a radar speed trap claiming that your car has built in radar transceiver operating at an unknown frequency to you, (and the courtroom) and that it is possibel that they gave a false reading to the radar gun. Is this a plausable sound defense? has this ever been attempted before? Am i a genious or what? Could simply drivign a volvo wagon equipped with collision avoidance sensors be your way out of every speed trap ever?
to successfully overpower and "JAM" a radar unit the jamming transceiver need only half of the actual radar guns output, and even then less in actuaity because the strength of the echo is somewhat proportianl to the size of the target in its feild which is a tiny fraction of it. I still say it plasuible that those tiny transmitters have the minimum neccessary output to, under the right circumstances cause a possible misinterpretation of received signals to a radar gun.
Is laser jammer legal in Ohio and Wisconsin?
I checked on some sites that say laser jammers are legal in Ohio and Wisconsin but not Radar Jammer. Radar Jammers are illegal in 50 states. Can anyone tell me if these infos are right. Thank You.
Where can i buy a quality active radar jamming setup with multiple tranceivers for added ludicrosity?
Where can buy a quality functional active radar jammer/kit for overpowering and jamming conventional radar.
***Dont tell me none of them work because the concept of jamming radar is very real and entirely possible.
***Im looking for a place to buy one not your opinions on wether or not they work or not, or the fact that they are illegal in the particular place you happen to be which in all likelyhood isnt where i will be using it.
