can the valentine one radar detector be mounted under the dash?
can the valentine one radar detector be mounted under the dash? Just curious because I know how appealing they are to theives. Also IF i do end up getting pulled over for something, I figure it will be in my best interest to keep the radar detector out of plain view.
…also helps for a "cleaner" look inside.

Will the sensitivity or working condition be affected by it being mounted lower and more "in" the car?

So last night some low life scumbag broke into my BMW with a brick and stole a Garmin GPS, Valentine One radar detector, Valuable CD’s collection, water bottle and even food. Have you guys ever had these kind of problem. The insurance isn’t going to cover my window since it is only 0 and also I got like more than ,000 stuff stolen. What’s up with people these days?

Can a radar gun detect you from the side?
‘I was reading the Valentine One radar detector manual and it said that "radar cannot detect you from the side" so i was wondering if that could be true. Though i see cops all the time sitting by the side of highways and streets that are perpendicular to the road with their guns on?

For some reason the Valentine one radar detector is 9 on the official website, and 9 everywhere else. Is there a newer version out that is 9? Why wouldn’t this version be out on the website?

I am looking to purchase a used valentine one radar detector but I am not sure if it has the 1.8 version yet. I am wondering if I wanted to update to the 1.8 version does it cost anything?
